Jia PingWa is the famous contemporary Chinese literary writer.When it comes to Jia PingWa's literary achievements,we have to refer to the “ ShangZhou World” which build unconsciously to consciously.The “ ShangZhou World” was built to indicate that Jia PingWa always focuses on rural China.He frequently traveled between ShangZhou and Xi'an over the years,he goes to people who living at the bottom of society and gets common life experience.Then the “ShangZhou View” in his literary creation appears gradually,that's why “ShangZhou World” was built inch by inch.As an extraordinary fictional landscape,“ShangZhou World” is indispensable in contemporary Chinese literary.The thesis is composed of four chapters.Chapter One briefly introduces ShangZhou's geographical location and local customs as Jia PingWa's hometown,and the relation between Jia PingWa and ShangZhou.Overview of his literature,especially his full-length novel,then explains what is the “ShangZhou World” in Jia PingWa's literature.Chapter Two analyzes the changes at “ShangZhou World” in Jia PingWa's literature,and it was divided into four parts by chronological order.In this process,some changes about Jia PingWa's creation in different stages are included.Chapter Three discusses the “ShangZhou View” in Jia PingWa's literary creation.His writing spot is ShangZhou,wherever he is in ShangZhou or Xi'an,then the “ShangZhou View” in his literary creation appears gradually.Meanwhile the focus on human-being and seeks spiritual home also belongs to “ShangZhou View”.Chapter Four expounds the transcendence and introspection of “ShangZhou World”.Seen from the fictional landscape,Jia PingWa's “ShangZhou World” transcend the realistic landscape and emotion.However,the illusory and conservative in Jia PingWa's “ShangZhou World”,it's still have space to reflect and explore.
