Experiment 1 The present status research of Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacyObjective: Experiment 1 aimed to understand the status of female graduate students' Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy.Methods: Experiment 1.There were 471 female graduate students in Dalian Medical university examined as subjects, used the self-control general information questionnaire,Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy scale to understand the status of research objects' Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy.Statistical methods include Descriptive statistics,T-test,one-way ANOVA.Results: 1.The average score of graduate students' perceived self-efficacy in feeling positive affect(POS),perceived self-efficacy in regulating positive affect(MPOS),perceived self-efficacy in regulating despondency/distress(DES),perceived self-efficacy in regulating anger/irritation(ANG)and regulatory emotional self-efficacy(RESE)were 4.02±0.71,3.74±0.70,3.22±0.79,3.26±0.81,3.56±0.53.2.Only child or not difference test, only child's score in POS was higher than non-only child's(tPOS=3.025,p=0.003).There were no significant differences between RESE and other three dimensions(tRESE=0.998,p=0.096,tMPOS=1.491,p=0.137,tDES=-0.091,p=0.928,tANG=,0.496,p=0.620).3.Residence difference test, urban students' score in POS(tPOS=3.150,p=0.002)and MPOS(tMPOS=2.825,p=0.005)was higher than rural students').There were no differences in RESE and other dimensions(tRESE=1.773,p=0.077,tDES=-0.188,p=0.851,tANG=-0.209,p=0.835).4.The scores of all dimensions of RESE existed no significant difference between grades,(FRESE=0.390,p=0.577,FPOS=1.111,p=0.330,FMPOS=0.185,p=0.831,FDES=0.051,p=0.950,FANG=0.390,p=0.759).5.The scores of all dimensions of RESE existed no significant difference between types of master((tRESE=-0.067,p=0.947,tPOS=-0.349,p=0.727,tMPOS,1.154,p=0.249,tDES=-0.693,p=0.489,tANG=-0.195,p=0.845).Conclusion: 1.In this study the scores in POS and MPOS were higher than DES and ANG of subjects.2.People who were only children showed higher POS than those were not only childred.4.Female graduate students from cities showed higher POS and MPOS than those from villages.Experiment 2 Intervention Study of Receptive Music Therapy on Female Graduate Students' Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacyObjective: Experiment 2 tried to use technology of receptive music therapy to intervene female graduate student's Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy,and expande the application field of music therapy, perfected the empirical. Methods: 30 femal graduate students volunteered to become subject, were randomly divided into experimental group 15 people and control group 15 people.Music therapy used self-designed scheme of music therapy group activities. All subjects of experimental group attended once a week,90 minutes at a time,a total of 8 times music therapy, the control group did nothing during this time, all of the members were filled out Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy scale before and after the experiment to understand the intervention of receptive music therapy on female graduate students' Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy.Statistical methods include T-test and Repeated Measures. Results: 1.Before intervention, the scores of RESE and all dimensions existed no significant differences between experimental group and control group(tRESE=-0.770,p=0.448,tPOS=-0.746,p=0.462,tMPOS=-0.720,p=0.478,tDES,0.338,p=0.739,tANG=-1.480,p=0.150).2.Before and after the intervention, interaction of experimental group and control group were significantly on the scores of RESE(F=28.283,p=0.000),POS(F=7.560,p=0.010),MPOS(F=14.286,p=0.001),DES(F=12.507,p=0.001)and ANG(F=20.577,p=0.000).3.Difference between the groups, the the scores of experimental group in RESE and all dimensions after intervention significantly higher than before.POS(F=6.720,p=0.015),MPOS(F=23.143,p=0.000),DES(F=28.000,p=0.000),ANG(F=22.581,p=0.000),RESE(F=41.392,p=0.000).4.Difference among within group, after intervention, the scores of experimental group was higher than control group's in DES(F=9.390,p=0.005).Conclusion: Receptive Music Therapy had a positive effect on femal graduate students' Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy.And it can be used as a means of intervention to promote female graduate student's Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy.
