In the museum environment,lighting is inevitable when cultural relics are stored or displayed,and the ozone in the environment and the organic acids from the showcase are hard to prevent,what's more,these factors will have great effect on the corrosion of silver relics materials.This article mainly uses the quartz crystal microbalance?QCM?to situ monitor the corrosion behavior of silver relics materials in the simulate museum lighting environment.The corrosion kinetics curve of silver is obtained by monitoring the frequency change of silver-electrodeposited quartz crystals under light,ozone,organic acids and their composite conditions.Besides,combing with scanning electron microscope?SEM?,energy dispersive spectrometer?EDS?,X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy?XPS?and Raman spectroscopy?Raman?to analyze the corrosion morphology and corrosion products of the silver exposed to different environmental conditions,and the corrosion mechanism of silver relics materials is discussed.The results show that light and ozone can accelerate the corrosion of silver relics materials,and they have a synergistic effect.In the ozone atmosphere,the LED color temperature is higher,the effect in accelerating silver corrosion is more obvious,and the effect of halogen lamp on the corrosion of silver is greater than the LED lights,Besides,Philips halogen lamp has worst corrosive affected for silver relics materials.What's more,elevating ambient temperatures and increasing ozone concentrations will aggravate the corrosion of silver.After exposed to light and ozone for 21 days,Ag2O and small amount of Ag2CO3 are formed on the silver surface.Under natural air conditions,light and organic acids will also accelerate the corrosion of silver cultural materials,and the effect of formic acid on the corrosion of silver is greater than the acetic acid.In addition,increasing the concentration of organic acid will also aggravate the corrosion of silver.After exposed to the environment including light and organic acids for 21 days,Ag2O and Ag2CO3,Ag2S,Ag2SO4 and Ag2SO3 are formed on the silver surface.
