Research On The Role Of Ministry Of Internal Affairs In The Soviet Union's Nuclear Program

This paper focuses on the role played by the Soviet Ministry of the Interior in the development and implementation of Soviet nuclear program.The invention of the atomic bomb was one of the most important events of the 20 th century.The invention of the atomic bomb of the Soviet Union had a special historical significance,which broke the nuclear monopoly of the United States in this field.In the development and implementation of the Soviet nuclear program,the organization and activities of many special institutions deserve our attention,including the Ministry of the Interior.It should be noted that during the historical process of the Soviet nuclear program,the Ministry of the Interior had played a very important role in safeguarding the political leadership of the country and collecting important strategic intelligence and protecting important nuclear facilities,and had solved many practical problems in the Soviet nuclear program problem.This paper will discuss the following three aspects,to explore the role and significance of the Soviet Ministry of the Interior in the process of nuclear planning and implementation.The introduction part mainly introduces the significance of this thesis,the research status quo at home and abroad,the research methods and writing ideas,and the innovation and deficiency of this paper.The second part is the main content of this article,including the second chapter,the third chapter,the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter,in which the third chapter and the fourth chapter is the focus of this article.The second chapter mainly introduces the establishment and development of the Soviet Ministry of the Interior and the introduction of the Soviet nuclear program.The third chapter introduces the basis of organizational law in the activities of the Ministry of the Interior in the Soviet nuclear program and the adjustment of the scientific and production sectors in the nuclear field.The fourth chapter discusses the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs intelligence agenc ies participating in the Soviet nuclear program,focusing on the contents and functions of the nuclear intelligence and the main intelligence officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs,and introduces the Beria,general superintendent separately.The fifth charter focuses on the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the implementation of the nuclear program,including the establishment of special institutions for nuclear program,the system of the monitoring leadership and the construction and protection for scientists and important nuclear facilities.The third part is the conclusion part,summarizes the role and activities of the Ministry of the Interior in the formulation and implementation of the nuclear program,looks at the contribution o f the Ministry of the Interior in the nuclear program,draws lessons from the historical experience and guides the future development.
