Research On The Quality Assurance System Of Sports Dance Majors' Undergraduate Training

Since the mankind has entered the new twenty-first Century,the process of social civilization is advancing rapidly,and is evolving towards the diversified development pattern of science and technology,intellectualization,systematization and integration.The evolution of this development pattern requires a steady stream of high-quality human resources as a strong support and guarantee.In the nineteen major report of the party,general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that it is necessary to give priority to the development of education and to build a powerful education country as the foundation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In order to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we must strengthen the guarantee of the quality of education and the quality of talents.As a foreign art and culture,sports dance is still short in the introduction of Chinese colleges and universities.The corresponding competition system and organization system are not perfect.The construction of the quality assurance system for talent training is still in a primary stage,which leads to the low quality of the professional talents and the lack of competitiveness of the social market.How to ensure the quality of sports dance personnel training,how to ensure sports dance talents and market economy,and cultivate high-quality talents with innovative ability,is an important issue in this subject,which has a very deep influence and significance for the long-term development of sports dance major in Colleges and universities.This study takes Yunnan Normal University as an example to study the quality assurance system of the training of Sports Dance Majors by means of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The following conclusions are drawn through the research and analysis.1,the talent training mode of sports dance is lagging behind the speed of social development,resulting in the lack of social market competitiveness of trained talents.2,the curriculum of Sports Dance Majors is lack of flexibility and the curriculum system is rigid,especially in the cultivation of students' innovative ability,which is very weak.3.The competition system of sports dance organization inside the university is not perfect,and lack of excellent organizational guidance experience,which leads to the students' ability to practice and the ability of competition can not be fully tested and exercised.4.the teacher structure system of the sports dance major is unchangeable,the teacher's level ability is uneven.Because of the solidified personnel system and the lack of elimination mechanism,some teachers who are not responsible for the lack of responsibility have changed their teaching mentality and put more energy into the career and utilitarianism.5.Colleges and universities in all regions of the country have not formed a unified platform for sharing and exchange of resources,and have not played an effective mechanism to complement each other.It has led to the uneven development of sports dance in various colleges and universities,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the integrity of sports and dance in China.
