Study On The Drama Elements In "Peking Is My Hometown" And "Mulan Join The Army"

In the process of China's historical and cultural development,traditional opera,a unique form of art,has been widely applied in the creation and development of mo dern Chinese vocal music.Mutual influence and assimilation has gradually formed a harmonious artistic style with unified characteristics.With both theessence of traditio nal culture and strong local characteristics,the combination constantly promotes the s cientific development of national vocal music and helps the prosperiry of outstandin g works with local characteristics.As national vocal music develops,the education fo r this area has been enhancing.At the same time,however,the phenomenon of\,acad emism\" is becoming more and more severe.China's national vocal music absorbed western bel canto skills and thus become more standard and systematic.One of the m ost obvious change is the breakthrough in singing range.But its original ethnic featur e and appeal are gradually fading out.A lot of\"academic\" students don't know mu ch about traditional opera and the culture of traditional fork music,which hinders not only the development of national vocal music,but also the diversified development o f the whole cultural system.Regarding this problem,I believes that it is necessary to compare and analyze the status quo of national vocal music and traditional opera.On the one hand,the comparison and analysis helps us learn more about the extensive an d profound Chinese opera.On the other hand,the inheritance and assimilation of the essence of traditional opera could contribute to a sound development of Chinese voca 1 music.This thesis starts with the state quo of the development of national vocal music a nd innovation,as well as their common ground.I analyzed the concrete application o f drama elements in the national vocal music through the study in breathing,articulati on,enunciation,embellish cavity,stage performances and other music elements.Fina lly,I take two pieces of national vocal music with opera style,namely,"Peking is my hometown" and\"mulan joined the army"" as an example to analyze the use of drama elements in national vocal music.By analyzing the two pieces,we could learn the de velopment and assimilation of opera singing andfolk music singing.The combination of theory and practice helps the singers of national vocal music to sound more rich and exquisite while improve theartistic appeal of national vocal music.
