With the continuous expansion of research field of psychology,Researchers and educators pay more attention to teachers' emotional labor in the work.Teachers undertake the task of imparting knowledge and educating students.The emotion in the work affects teachers' and their students ' mental and physical well-being.So reducing the job burnout of teachers has become an important question.Zhong-Yong thinking style guides individual behavior and it helps to improve the level of the individual's mental state.Zhong-Yong thinking style has positive influences on emotional labor and job burnout.This study focus on the relationship among emotional labor,job stress,Zhong-Yong thinking style,job burnout,and reveals how emotional labor influences job burnout.This study used The Emotional Labor Scale,Teachers' Job Stress Questionnaire,Zhong-Yong thinking style Scale and Job Burnout Scale to survey 362 primary and middle school teachers.The result of confirmatory factor analysis by AMOS 17.0 proves that the questionnaire has good validity,we also used SPSS21.0 to do the reliability test,partial correlation analysis,regression analysis and tested the mediation and moderation effect,the results showed that:(1)Part of emotional labor,job stress,Zhong-Yong thinking style,job burnout dimensions have significant differences in gender,seniority and school type.(2)Emotional labor has significantly correlation with job burnout.(3)Emotional labor can significantly predict job burnout.(4)Job stress mediates the relationship between emotional labor and job burnout.(5)Zhong-Yong thinking style moderated the relationship between emotional labor and job burnout.
