Research On Current Situation Of Career Education In General High School Under The Background Of New College Entrance Examination

Compared to Europe and the United States and other developed countries,our country is relatively late in undertaking career education,but with the social division of the continuous refinement and college entrance examination reform continues to deepen,Career education has gradually received the attention of the education community and others' attention,some schools are beginning to introduce career education.Now,University and vocational colleges are the main channel for career education,to promote career education is very powerful,Ordinary high school relative to the University in terms of promoting the intensity is relatively small,its concern is relatively low.But the high school stage is an important period of student socialization,it is also an important stage for students to begin to understand,explore and plan for future career.Especially in the context of the new college entrance examination reform,students in high school need to consider the future of professional and job,that is to say,high school students need to combine high school study and future university professional,professional ideal.Therefore,career education should be an important part of ordinary high school education,and provide institutions,funds,teachers and so on.This paper is based on the existing research results,to the new college entrance examination reform for the analysis of the background,to study the current Situation,problems and countermeasures of career education in ordinary high school in Shangyu district.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part mainly elaborates the research background,purpose and significance of career education,and to sort out,sink and analysis the current domestic and international career education research situation.The second part is to define the general high school,high school students,career,career planning education and other basic concepts,to point the connotation and extension of these concepts in this paper.The third part mainly explains the research object,research method and research tool.The fourth part is the investigation of the basic situation of the students' career development in high school in Shangyu district through the "middle school students' career maturity questionnaire".It is found that there are differences in the level of students' career development and their influence factors such as grade,school type,father's education and mother's education.The fifth part mainly states the problems in the career planning of students in each grade,it is very difficult for school administrators to carry out career education,teachers' thinking that to carry out career education has not yet unified,there is a lack of parental support for school to carry out career education.The sixth part is mainly from the aspects of strengthen the administration to establish an effective mechanism,explore the way of career education,expand the main body of career education to put forward the suggestions of high schools to carry our career education under the background of the new college entrance examination,in order to provide some thinking and experience to carry out career education more effectively.
