The Development History Of Aoshan Temple Fair After The Reform And Opening

Since the Reform and Opening,the temple fairs around our country have revived.The rise of the "intangible sports" and temple tourism push some temples,as valuable resources,protected and developed.Folk power,local government and enterprises form a three way struggle.The government cooperating with enterprises obtain the dominant position to the development of temple fair.Folk power huddles up to an iceberg gradually.The development of the temple fair appears complicated scene.In order to inherit and develop the culture of temple fairs,we focus on Aoshan temple,locating at Laibin,Guangxi.Tracing the history,unearthing the development motivation and the faced problems of Aoshan temple fair,we find its internal rule in development,and provide reasonable suggestions for the protection and cultural inheritance.Our results show that the local residents occupy the main part in temple fair,and the temple's main function is to serve them.Restoring and enhancing the endogenous force of the folk,are the inevitable choice for the inheritance and development of temple fair culture.The government and enterprises hold pay more attention to the inheritance of the temple fair culture,combining with keeping its diversity to fit modern society,simul taneously.
