Vocabulary teaching is of great importance in the field of teaching Chinese as a second language.This article points out that dietary verb plays a vital role in Chinese traditional culture and Chinese vocabularies' system.The article also shows clearly that further study and research on the dietary verb carry great significance.Taking account of the frequency of use in daily life and the number of entries that are recorded in corpus,the passage makes chi,he,han,yin,chang,yao,pin,fu as research objects.Combining the ontology analysis of eight research objects and the corpus analysis,which quotes the language database from HSK dynamic Composition Corpus,this paper explores different situations on Chinese learners' dietary verb acquisition.By doing ontology analysis and corpus analysis,the paper makes relevant instructional design and hopes that it can provide some experiences and references.
