Altruistic behavior refers to the act of voluntarily helping others and not expecting any reward.Altruistic behavior is the basis of the relationship between individuals constitute a harmonious relationship,gradually by the researchers and the whole society's attention.Our research on altruistic behavior and academic achievement has made many achievements,but less about the relationship between the two.Taking into account the importance of physical and mental development and academic development of primary school students,the study of the relationship between altruistic behavior and academic achievement is the focus of this study.At the same time,the previous study found that altruistic behavior can affect interpersonal relationships,interpersonal relationships can affect academic performance.Based on previous studies,this study explores the relationship between altruism,interpersonal relationships,academic achievement,and aims to reveal the relationship between altruistic behavior and academic achievement and interpersonal relationships,and cultivate the altruistic behavior of pupils for the family,school and society Provide theoretical basis.China's social and economic development is uneven,resulting in uneven development of education in different regions.Ordinary and key schools,rural and urban schools,students' academic performance is very different,especially the difference between urban and rural areas is the most prominent,seriously restricting the realization of social fairness and justice,affecting the construction and development of a harmonious society.Rural children by the objective economic conditions,school and family education conditions,improve the academic performance of the way is more limited.So the study of academic performance should be more concerned about the students themselves.In this study,altruistic behavior questionnaire,peer nomination,elementary school students' speech achievement measurement was used as the research tool.The subjects were 707 pupils,and the influence of the altruistic behavior on academic achievement andthe intermediary role of peer relationship were discussed.The results are as follows:1,the students of the students and whether the only child in the self-evaluation of his altruism,he and his peers did not exist significant differences.2,primary school students in the self-evaluation of the pro-altruism,he commented on his score there is a significant gender differences,the performance of the girls self-evaluation altruistic(pro-spirits),he scored his score higher than boys.In addition,the students of different grades have significant differences in pro-spirits,and the fourth-year students' scores are higher than those of the fifth grade and sixth grade students.3,primary school students in the peer relationship shows significant gender differences,girls peer score higher than boys.4,primary school students self-evaluation he can influence the peer relationship and then promote the improvement of academic performance,that is,peer relationship in the self-evaluation of the impact of academic performance mechanism plays a mediating role.5,he commented that he can not only directly predict the academic performance of primary school students,and can influence the academic performance through peer relationships,that is,his relationship with his evaluation of academic performance in the role of intermediary role.
