In recent years,with the development of positive psychology and occupation health psychology,people gradually realized the importance of the development of physical and mental health,for the study of negative events affecting the healthy development of the occupation,more and more attention from the community,among the negative factors,sexual harassment of the workplace is a kind of special,hidden and potentially destructive factors.at home and abroad,the latest research shows that the research on sexual harassment of the workplace has become one of the hot researches,and made some valuable research results.This study was to test for nurses,because of the industry has a trend of less involved in the study of sexual harassment,which not only of theoretical research on sexual harassment is a useful supplement,also has the reference significance for the protection and prevention of the population.This study uses Sexual Experiences Questionnaire in Workplace,General Health Question-naire(GHQ-12)and Ego-Resiliency Scale,conducted a survey of more than 400 nursing staff from Kaifeng,Zhengzhou,Pingdingshan and other places of the hospital,through searching literature,questionnaires and other methods to collect relevant data,to investigate nurses’ sexual harassment of workplace and mental health status,and through descriptive statistics,independent samples T test,variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other statistical methods,statistical data processing and analysis in detail,the conclusions are as follows:1.This study is for the past six months,the nurse to see whether at work or experienced workplace sexual harassment,and the frequency of occurrence for statistical analysis found that acts of sexual harassment in the workplace is more common among nurses in theindustry.Among them,the frequency of occurrence is higher as follows,In terms of verbal harassment,35.2% of the subjects said they had similar experiences in "someone who said some rude and sexual related words";Some people say yellow jokes account for 59.9%;some people stare at sensitive parts of the opposite sex,accounting for 29.4%;Some people discuss personal sexual life or sexual events with others,accounting for 35.5%.Acts of harassment dimension,"someone to specific phone speaking some ambiguous words naturally or half unconsciously" accounted for 42.5%;Sex threat dimension,"someone has experienced sexual harassment" in a problem accounted for 24.7%.All these indications indicate that the status quo of nurses’ sexual harassment in the workplace is worrying;2.Demographic variables: gender,marital status,education level,length of service,age,title of employees,here are significant differences in sexual harassment of the workplace and the different dimensions;3.The related research results of sexual harassment in the workplace: sexual harassment in the workplace and the fractal dimension(verbal harassment,harassment,sexual blackmail)health has significant negative predictive effect on nurses’ psychological(r=0.155,p<0.01;r=0.150,p<0.01;r=0.102,p<0.05;r=0.127,p<0.05)(mental health questionnaire for reverse scoring);4.The results of the analysis of resilience as moderator variables show that the moderating effect of mental flexibility on sexual harassment of the workplace and mental health of nurses(F=6.000,β=-0.109,p<0.05);5.The innovation,deficiency,countermeasures and suggestions.
