The hope of revitalizing the nation is education,the hope of revitalizing education is teachers.Teachers become the mainstay of school education.The fundamental purpose of education is training students successfully,and teachers are the practitioners of education,can help students grow up healthily,and the teacher's own literacy and the performance at work is closely related.Teacher's attitude in work determine the quality of teaching and then affect the training of personnel to a large extent.And the enthusiasm of teachers is relate with managers and the leadership.Leadership is the key to influencing educational goals.At present,what kind of leadership behavior will help to enhance the enthusiasm of teachers and promote teachers to carry out more active education in the exploratory stage.Throughout the literature,there are many studies on the working status of employees and the leadership of the organization,and found that the working status of employees(including work attitude and specific performance)by the leadership of the larger impact,especially the leader-member exchange has significant impact.However,there is little research to explore the relationship between inclusive leadership and teacher job burnout and leadership exchange,and it is rare to study the role of inclusive leadership in alleviating teacher burnout.In order to improve the attitude of teachers to reduce job burnout,from the leadership management level to help teachers reduce job burnout to promote the further development of education.In this paper,we take the empirical research method,under the framework of the relevant theory of inclusive leadership,choose the teacher job burnout as the result variable,leader-member exchange as the mediator variable,and construct the influence mechanism model of the inclusive leadership to the teacher's job burnout.On this basis,the choice of the questionnaire survey,the teacher burnout in the role of inclusive leadership to study,intended to clearly leader-member exchange in which the intermediary role.Based on this,this paper uses the inclusive leadership scale,Li Yongxin prepared by the job burnout questionnaire CMBI,Graen and Uhibien(1995)two scholars to develop the leader-member exchange table as a research tool.The results of the collected data are processed as follows:(1)Inclusive leadership?Teacher job burnout and Leader-member Exchange have differences in different demographic variables;(2)There is a significant negative correlation between inclusive leadership and teacher burnout;(3)There is a significant negative correlation between leader-member exchange and the job burnout of teachers;(4)the leader-member exchange plays intermediary role in the inclusive leadership and teacher burnout.In this paper,the results of the study are discussed in depth.The research of this paper adds a strong empirical evidence to the management field,and explores the innovative field of education field.Not only has the theoretical significance,more practical value.In addition,this study has shortcomings,but also pointed out the direction for the study in the future.
