First of all,this study found that novice and proficient in international Chinese teachers with different teaching strategies through the observation in classroom and the interview of the teachers;then,using the method of questionnaire survey is to test novice and proficient teachers' teaching strategies similarity and difference;finally,there were given pertinence teaching suggestions for the novice and proficient teachers.This paper is divided into four chapters:Chapter one is the introduction,which mainly analyzes the origination,the significance and the literature review.The literature review is mainly from three aspects: the current status of Chinese as a foreign language reading studies,teaching strategies of mid-level extensive-reading studies and the novice and proficient Chinese international teachers studies,so as to clarify the research status,identify research ideas.Chapter two is the research designing: mainly divided into three parts: the object of study,data collection and processing,the research framework.The research framework: first,through the classroom observation to find out the problems and teacher interviews,all of these are the early material collection for the students' questionnaire designing;then,at the end of the semester,hand out the questionnaires and analyzing the questionnaire results;at last,make a conclusion and give specific teaching advice.Chapter three the results and analysis of the main collection: at the beginning,the study from the four aspects of the teaching process,teaching strategies,teaching teaching organization methods and teaching media of the novice and proficient teachers mid-level Chinese extensive-reading classroom observation,interviewing and questionnaire data to analyze.Chapter four research conclusion: the novice teachers should make bold innovation,and dare to break the traditional teaching mode;enhance the pertinence and richness of reading materials;set reasonable arrangement for students discussing and perfect the teaching procedures;give positive feedback to student and help them built confidence in mid-level reading;be adept in learning from proficient teachers and make self-reflection in time.Proficient teachers should update teaching ideas,multivariate teaching organization form to enrich classroom teaching;enhance the consciousness of the course nature and highlight the characteristics of class type;pay attention to reading and expression in interactive and complementary;take the student as the main roles and pay attention to form a cooperative teaching relationship between teachers and students;continue to play the advantage in the process of teaching and strengthen the reading techniques training during classes. |
