People are paying more and more attention to the cause of Chinese international education.Many new graduates and graduate students are choosing to step into the foreign country and embark on the road of overseas Chinese teaching.Inexperienced Chinese novice teachers suddenly find themselves in a new environment,and will encounter various classroom teaching problems in their teaching.As a current graduate student,a Chinese teacher volunteer in Thailand,a novice teacher,the author encountered many problems during his teaching in Thailand,these problems are universal and typical.This thesis investigates the problems of novice teachers in classroom teaching,analyzes the causes of the problems,and attempts and solves their corresponding problems.I hope that it will be helpful to the classroom teaching of novice teachers who are serving in the future.The practical training of the Master of International Education is beneficial.The research in this article stems from the problems and challenges faced by novice teachers of the Master of Chinese International Education in overseas teaching.The purpose is to find,analyze,and solve problems from the classroom teaching.The research uses questionnaire,interview,and observation methods.It summarizes and summarizes the literatures about classroom teaching problems of novice Chinese teachers at home and abroad.This article collects data through questionnaire surveys and individual interviews,collects statistics on various types of problems,and uses data analysis and narrative description to form the results of questionnaire statistics and cases.Through collating and analyzing the data and cases,the author first classifies classroom teaching problems into five categories: classroom teaching management problems,classroom teaching language problems,classroom teaching skill problems,cross-cultural communication problems in classroom teaching,and textbook problems in classroom teaching.Second,analyze the cause of the problem and the impact of the problem.Some of these problems are caused by cultural differences,living habits and lack of teaching resources,and some are caused by teachers' own abilities and qualities.And these problems have different effects on students,teachers and teaching.Finally,the author provides some solutions to the above problems.By analyzing the problems and proposing strategies,the author found that the reasons for the novice teachers 'classroom teaching problems are directly related to the lack of language learning for novice teachers in their country of entry and the need to improve the basic quality of teachers.At present,there are a large number of novice Chinese teachers and diverse problems.Solving the problem of novice teachers entering the overseas teaching environment requires novice teachers,universities and Hanban to work together.
