Research On The Orientation Of "Animation" In Print

In recent years,a lot of print works which takes "animation" as its creation subject have emerged in China. With the absorbing of the style and painting techniques in cartoon,these print works artistically create in a hyperbolic design and weird narrative form. It shows an obvious comparison with the style orientation of the mainstream print works. In addition, it partially attracted attention from the younger artists because of its novel style and naive art language manifested in writer’s choice of creation subject either,which means the exploration of the creation matter of prints, and also the utilization of new art language. Besides,an shock is formed visually and spiritually with putting "animation"into the practice of print design as well as the flexible combination between the rigorous procedure and content of creation of print. The form of "animation" style does conform to the law development of art, and it has an indispensable relation with the contemporary society as well as artistic ideological trends.This paper includes three parts: Introduction, Body and Conclusion, among which the Body part can be further divided into three chapters. The first chapter talks about that the social development and scientific and technological progress provided more chances for the artistic creation of contemporary youth in the background of the period. And the rise of mass culture pushed the diversity of artistic creation form, providing a requisite for the creation of "animation" in print. The second chapter,judging from the forming and development of "animation" in print,investigates the status of those prints unknown to people in the bud based on how print "beginners" show up and distribute, and how the creation types of "animation" manifest. The third chapter is to sort out all works oriented to "animation",and analyzes the status of contemporary "animation" print respectively from the representative personage, subject and visual presentation. Eventually, we compare the "animation" works of China with that of western countries so as to find its weakness and then absorb something significant from the process.
