The Research Of Yangming Disease Of Dialectical Diagnosis Thinking Based On The Symptoms Community Theory

Objective: Using self-made questionnaire to explore the influence of different syndrome representation on TCM students' syndrome diagnostic accuracy and the students' cognition for symptoms community of Yangming disease,thus to study the characterization of symptoms community thinking and its impact on TCM students' syndrome diagnosis thinking.Methods: 1.Literature research:make a summary about “disease” ?“syndrome”?“pathogenesis”?“symptom” and search for the relationship between these basic concepts;to explore the present situation and the development of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine thinking.2.Empirical study:By random group sampling method,choosing 251 students as a research object.These students are from the seven-year TCM graduate students of grade 2013 and post-graduate students of grade 2014,distributing self-made questionnaire“The Questionnaire on the effects of different syndrome representative modes on the accuracy of the syndrome diagnosis” to these students and then collect questionnaires and analyze the data statistics.Results: 1.In general,the symptoms community representative mode gets the highest accuracy of the diagnosis of syndromes,while random free representative mode gets the lowest accuracy.2.Within symptoms community representative mode,on the accuracy of the diagnosis of syndromes,the post-graduate students were significantly higher than that of undergraduate students,the girls are significantly higher than that of boys.3.The general grasp of yangming disease by TCM majors is better than that of change,especially the master of syndrome of Da cheng qi decoction.Conclusion: 1.The degree to which the mastery of students' knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and their own clinical experience has important influence on the accuracy of diagnosis and syndrome differentiation.2.Symptoms community representation mode pays more attention to the chaotic symptoms of characterizing the classification of the basic pathogenesis,conducive to improve the accuracy of the dialectical diagnosis of TCM majors on the basis of comprehensive analysis of pathogenesis.
