This study consists of three parts.The first part is the introductory chapter of the whole text,which includes the overview of the research background and the introduction of the related concepts.The first chapter introduces the concept of the study,and aims to avoid the misuse of modern and postmodern derivatives.The second chapter discusses the connection and difference between modern society,modernity and modern theory this three concepts.The third chapter is a comment on the theory of perspective and discourse in postmodern discourse.The author thinks that perspectiveism is a central requirement of postmodern theory,and discourse theory includes structuralism and poststructuralism.In the fourth chapter,the author does some clarification work on the postmodern theory,especially distinguish between discourse theory and postmodern theory the similarities and differences.The second part is the main content of this article,which is the detailed text interpretation mainly on the early works of Baudrillard.Taking "Mirror of Production" as the boundary,the first chapter analysis the previous work such as "Material System" "Consumer Society" and "Symbolic Political Economy Criticism";the second chapter expounds the great theoretical turn of Baudrillard's academic career from the "mirror of production",that is,a fundamental distinction between the pre-modern society constructed by the symbolic exchange and the modern society constructed by the production.The third part is the interpretation of Baudrillard's "Symbolic Exchange and Death"and the later writings,and echoes and deepens the distinction between modern society and postmodern society in the introductory part of this thesis.The author thinks that Baudrillard's works in this period embodies the prediction of postmodern society,meanwhile these works are most concentrated on the criticism of the modern society and modern theory.The second chapter this part is the review on Baudrillard and the post-modern spirit.The author believes that although Baudrillard criticism of modern society is not worthless,he has actually deviated from the long-term post-modern position.
