Chinese students' physical and environmental situation is worrying in recent years, more and more attention to adolescent physical health problems,so the development of the national Ministry of education, sports department and otherdepartments issued various documents greatly advocate the students physical exercise and sunlight sports. At the same time, China's environmental pollution has become increasingly serious, the 2016 haze severity is worrying,in some areas the school suspended or banned outdoor activities; often appear in winter in the north wind,snow and other inclement weather,the southern and eastern regions is perennial as the rainy season, has a great influence on students' normal sports activities.This topic through literature, interviews, questionnaire, video observation method,teaching method,mathematical statistics method, the indoor fitness dance routine primary theoretical analysis and motion analysis,and from practice to verify and improve the theory,the main research results are as follows:(1) Indoor fitness dance is a very promising and suitable for popularization of sports activities, to complete a song or music accompaniment, is in some provinces and cities nationwide haze, snow and other special weather affect the normal students outdoor exercise and compose. The utility model has the advantages of simple and easy operation, and can be used for the comprehensive activity of the body in the room, relieve the pressure,relax the mood and entertain the body and mind.(2) The interior of Linedance creation theory mainly includes creating basis, design elements,principles of creation, creation methods. To create students' physical and mental characteristics, scientific evaluation indicators, dance aerobics rules as the basis; elements include two movements and music; the principle includes seven aspects of scientific,comprehensive,art; methods include: the overall design method,design method,such as legal goup division.(3) The arrangement of routine follows the princples of science, innovation, targeting,rationality and artistry. The first choice of upper limb movements is very targeted,part of the action design to cultivate students' sense of cooperation between the lower extremity; second steps simple regular and tail echo, with stepping and jumping, the load intensity is moderate;and finally the body stretches the order from top to bottom gradually, can cultivate students'physical beauty, static flexibility exercise can be good stretching gastrocnemius muscle strength, low load. The whole routine by distal to the body center, from local to the whole range from small to large, from weak to strong and weak strength.(4) According to the exercise physiology and exercise training in the calculation of the heart rate: The students in the test whether intermittent or non intermittent exercise, students are heart rate control in the 68-134 /min range, so the indoor fitness dance routines with the development characteristics of primary students, is a low intensity aerobic exercise.(5) The investigation found that in practice the object in about 73% of the students love indoor fitness dance,only about 7% of the students have not love attitude; in the upper and lower limbs,stretch the body movement,upper limb movement is the most popular with the students,the vote is very high,lower limbs and body movement.Second rows of third,but the two are not significant proportion; special weather conditions or class-break setting-up exercise time, compared with other indoor Linedance project, the former is more popular with students,the proportion is about 70%. It can be found that indoor fitness dance is very popular in the primary school population. At the same time, school leaders, teachers and parents are almost satisfied with it.
