Improving national physical and mental health is the foundation of social harmonious development.Health has increasingly become an important topic in the international community,which is highly valued by the state and relevant departments.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed to promote the construction of a healthy China.The outline of "healthy China 2030" plan issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council also mentioned that improving the public service system of national fitness,widely carrying out national fitness exercise,strengthening the integration of physical and medical care and non-medical health intervention,promoting sports activities of key groups,improving national physical health and enhancing national health Physical quality is a problem that contemporary society should pay attention to;to shape self-discipline health behavior,to strengthen the construction of mental health service system and standardized management,to strengthen the intervention of common mental disorders and mental behavior problems,and to improve mental health literacy are our goals to achieve.With the accelerated aging of the population in China,the physical and mental health of the middle-aged and the elderly has become one of the major issues of social development.The middle-aged people are the groups that are about to transition to the old age.They are the backbone of the society and the main force of all sectors and industries.In the middle year,the physical quality of the people unconsciously declines,bearing the heavy burden of work and family at the same time In addition,there are long-term mental tension and high-intensity psychological pressure,which seriously threatens the physical and mental health of middle-aged people.They are in urgent need of adopting fitness methods that are conducive to physical and mental development in order to improve the quality of life and enhance their physical and mental health.Compared with the elderly,middle-aged people are more suitable for exercise in various ways.Sports dance is the integration of sports and art.As one of sports dance items,standard dance is a kind of normative and professional dance,which is loved by people of all ages,especially middle-aged people.In this paper,60 middle-aged people(45-59 years old)in Tangshan City,Hebei Province were selected as the experimental subjects(30 men and 30women).They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 people in each group.Among them,the members of the control group kept their original life and rest unchanged.The members of the experimental group took basic exercises of standard dance and some basic movements of Waltz and Tango as the main contents,and carried out exercises for 12 weeks Through the measurement of the physical quality and mental health related indicators of the two groups of subjects,before and after the experiment,the two groups of data were compared,and the changes were analyzed to explore the impact of standard dance on the physical quality and mental health of middle-aged people in Tangshan.Referring to the national physical fitness monitoring standard,this paper studies the changes of the collected data of the relevant indicators by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,experimental research and data analysis.The purpose of this experimental study is to use the actual data to directly explain the impact of standard dance exercise on the physical quality and mental health of middle-aged people,and promote the standard dance exercise as the standard Dance as a fitness project provides a more scientific and reasonable theoretical basis,so that middle-aged people can more scientific and reasonable standard dance exercise,improve physical health,improve the quality of life.The experimental results are as follows:1.Standard dance exercise makes the grip strength level of middle-aged people show an upward trend,but the change is not obvious in the experimental cycle,indicating that the influence of basic strength is not significant.2.There is a relatively significant difference in the development of selective reaction time between the control group and the experimental group before and after the exercise of standard dance,which shows that the exercise of standard dance reduces the selective reaction time of the middle-aged people to a certain extent,and with the exercise of standard dance in the experiment,the sensitive quality of the middle-aged people has improved.3.The comparison between the two groups of experimental data shows that the standard dance exercise can promote the level of sitting forward and improve the flexibility of middle-aged people.There is a significant difference in the experimental results,that is,the standard dance exercise improves the flexibility level of middle-aged people.4.The data shows that the standard dance exercise intervention makes the experimentalgroup's standing time of closed eyes and single feet longer.After the experiment,there is a significant difference in the development of the two groups' standing level of closed eyes and single feet,that is,the standard dance exercise is beneficial to improve the balance ability of middle-aged people.5.In terms of mental health,there are significant differences in the data changes of somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility,psychosis and other factors between the control group and the experimental group,but there are no significant differences in the changes of terrorist factors and paranoid factors.In general,appropriate standard dance exercise can effectively improve the mental health of middle-aged people It can promote the mental health of middle-aged people.
