Nowadays,because of examination-oriented education,physical education is neglected and the physical quality of college students is declining.At the same time,due to the rapid pace of life,the psychological pressure of college students is growing.With the general expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities in our country,the employment pressure of college students is obviously increased after graduation,and both physical and psychological requirements for college students are becoming higher and higher.With the rise of new sports in our country,fitness hip-hop dance is popular among the young people,and some colleges and universities gradually set fitness hip hop dance as an optional course.The fitness hip hop dance is under the music accompaniment through the different kind of body joint movement and each kind of dance step union,has the certain movement load,the university student through the fitness street dance class study,can achieve the physical exercise goal;At the same time,the opening of fitness hip hop dance course is not limited by venue and equipment,which accords with the basic conditions of setting up elective courses in colleges and universities.The characteristics of the fitness and hip hop dance course are similar to those of the aerobics class.They are accompanied by music dancing and have strong fitness,performance and appreciation.But it is different from calisthenics,its movement is free and random,in the process of learning,it can make students give full play to imagination,exercise can make students release their inner pressure,is a kind of free and random dance;At the same time,students in the process of practice and performance can improve their interest in learning,self-learning and cooperative learning ability,its exercise value has been recognized by many experts and scholars.In order to further confirm the feasibility of fitness hip hop dance in colleges and universities,this paper takes the students of a natural class in Tangshan University as the experimental object,adopts the method of literature,questionnaire and experiment.The research method of mathematical statistics and logic analysis allows students to test and analyze the influence of fitness hip hop dance on students' physical quality through the studyof fitness hip-hop class for one semester,so as to have an interest in students' physical self-esteem and physical education study.Autonomous learning ability,cooperative learning ability investigation and analysis of the results.The purpose of this paper is to establish that fitness hip-hop dance can improve students' physical quality and influence psychological factors in college students' physical education.For In the future,we will provide a solid theoretical basis for carrying out fitness and street dance courses in college physical education,and provide theoretical support for fitness street dance to affect the physical and mental qualities of college students.The results of the experiment and investigation are as follows: 1)the fitness and hip hop dance course has increased the lower limb strength,waist and abdomen strength,upper limb strength,flexibility and endurance quality of college students in terms of their physical quality,both male and female.But fitness hip hop dance to male and female college students' speed quality has not increased.Therefore,according to the characteristics and development value of fitness hip hop dance,colleges and universities should properly develop fitness hip hop dance.(2)female students' physical coordination is innate superior to that of boys,although there is no significant difference between male and female students' physical coordination after the experiment.But girls' physical coordination is still superior to boys'.However,in terms of the degree of growth,boys' physical coordination is higher than that of boys.Female students,therefore,fully prove that through the study and exercise of fitness hip-hop dance,it is necessary to learn and communicate with each other in the process of learning the physical coordination of college students,which can effectively improve the body-building hip hop dance movement form,the dynamic fashion,and the learning process of movement choreography.It enhances college students' interest in physical education,improves their body self-esteem,and enhances their ability of independent learning and cooperative learning.Therefore,fitness hip hop dance can be properly carried out on university campuses.It is suggested that colleges and universities should set up relevant elective classes of fitness hip hop dance according to their own conditions,and reasonably arrange the difficulty of fitness hip hop dance movements according to the students' learning situation and individual differences,and hold corresponding competitions regularly.In order to increase the students' interest in learning,the school should regularly test the psychology of collegestudents,adjust the teaching contents according to the students' psychological situation,and make rational use of all kinds of teaching modes.Increase your chances of further study and improve your teaching level.(4)encourage students to use their spare time through the network or face-to-face form of learning more first.Enter the dance of street dance,enrich themselves,enrich life after school,and experience happiness in learning.
