An Investigation And Analysis On The Action Research Of Chinese Teachers In 27 Thailand Schools

As a practical research paradigm,action research has been taken more and more attention in the field of Chinese language education in recent years.However,the present situation of the research on the action of the Chinese national teachers is not obvious,and the research on the current situation of Chinese teachers' action research in Thailand is still not.Accordingly,this study selected the Chinese teachers in Thailand as the object,the main research methods of questionnaires and interviews,through interviews conducted a sample survey of 10 teachers,40 teachers of Chinese language teachers in Thailand,combined with their own practice in Thailand situation,analysis of the current situation of the external desire and capability of Chinese teachers in Thailand action research study on the Chinese and Thailand teachers' action research support,explore Chinese teachers met in Thailand in the process of action research issues and achievements.It is important to note that there are many problems in the study of Chinese teachers in Thailand.In theory,Chinese teachers in Thailand have little understanding of the meaning of action research.The willingness of Chinese teachers in Thailand,too much work pressure leads to action research will not high,teachers' teaching practice research consciousness is weak;in terms of ability,Thailand Chinese teachers' action research overall capacity is not high,and the capacity of the structure is not balanced;the external support,the system of Teachers' action research has not yet been established,there is no capital investment.External cooperation opportunities rarely.In view of this,put forward appropriate to reduce the workload of teachers,enhance the cooperation between teachers,action research on establishing management system and evaluation system,establish research laboratory of action research,the establishment of Chinese teachers in Thailand network communication platform that.
