When junior high school freshmen come into the new environment for study and live,the same time,they also entering adolescence.According to the theory of Eriksson's psychological and social development,the basic task for teenagers is to establish self-identity and prevent spread of identity,experience the realization of the loyalty;And the environment for student living and learning,the relationship between teachers and students,also the parent-child relationship these all will affect their identity development,especially for the junior middle school freshman,to help them quickly establish a good interpersonal relationship will be especially important.This study will combine the thoughts and technology of postmodern psychology and postmodern psychology consulting with written expression,the head teacher through powerpoint this form rendering instructions,guides the experimental group of junior middle school freshman to write positive interpersonal events that happened in their real life instead of their weekly diary;on the other hand,the control group still write a regular weekly diary,no guidance.Then using the interpersonal subscales which is one part of the mental health scale for primary and secondary schools as assessment tool.To tell whether written expression can improve the junior middle school freshman's interpersonal relationship,and get the following conclusions:(1)through the questionnaire survey,Almost all the junior middle school freshman is in the normal range of interpersonal relationship,and in terms of gender,there is no significant difference.(2)the written expression can effectively enhance the level of junior middle school freshman relationships.Through the analysis and the discussion of the results,the researcher wants to put forward some Suggestions for school mental health : written expression in the form of weekly diary applied to school mental health education has practical and operational,and it can enrich the school mental health education;School can also apply a theme of written expression form of weekly diary to know the experience and thoughts of students on these topics,then combined with other mental health education method to keep students' mentality healthy,make the school mental health education more targeted and effective.
