Based on the current situation of school mental health education,this study takes positive psychology as the theoretical basis,and discusses the effect of positive psychology group counseling on the interpersonal interaction of junior middle school students.Methods:Professor Zheng Richang prepared "interpersonal relationship scale"assessment has just entered the campus Freshmen's interpersonal problems,selecting problems severe middle school students as the experimental group,8 positive psychology group counseling,and from the beginning of the grade six class of 42 students as the control group,the activity is not performed.In the experiment,the interpersonal relationship comprehensive diagnostic scale was used to assess the relationship between the subjects.Results:through the comparative study and control before and after the study found that the middle school students in the experimental group after the intervention,interpersonal conversation ability,communication ability,and make friends with the opposite sex,the way of getting along with people ability and interpersonal ability overall situation has been significantly improved;in the control group before and after intervention,interpersonal conversation ability,communication ability,ability to make friends with the way of getting along with people,with the opposite sex ability and interpersonal condition did not change significantly.Conclusion:positive psychology counseling can effectively improve students interpersonal conversation ability,communication ability,and make friends with the opposite sex,the way of getting along with people ability and interpersonal ability overall situation.
