Interpersonal distress refers to the process of experiencing the disharmony,incompatibility and anxiety,loneliness,inferiority,depression,depression and other negative emotions caused by various factors during interpersonal communication.Aggressiveness refers to the personality manifestations of intentional provocation,aggression or intentional damage or destruction of other psychological tendencies and behaviors.If interpersonal disturbances are not resolved in time,psychological imbalances often occur,leading to psychological problems or even attacks,self-mutilation,suicide and other crisis events.This study hopes to predict the level of aggression of middle school students by measuring the interpersonal distress,it is effective to reduce the level of aggression by interfering with interpersonal problems.This study consists of three stages.The first stage adopts the interpersonal comprehensive diagnostic scale prepared by Professor Zheng Richang of Beijing Normal University,the Buss-Perry attack questionnaire(BPAQ)prepared by Buss and Perry,attack on the city of Shijiazhuang in nineteen the first grade junior middle school 360 students were tested,the correlation analysis of test results.In the second stage,45 students of high and low interpersonal problems were randomly selected from 15% of the students with the total score of interpersonal distress.The students of high and low interpersonal problems were randomly divided into three groups,which were randomly named as experimental group,placebo group and control group.The implicit association test program using E-prime2.0 software was used to test the level of implicit attacks on 90 subjects.Then the experimental group was implemented with group counseling based on interpersonal distress,and the growth group psychological counseling for the placebo group did not involve the theme of interpersonal distress.The eight group psychological counseling was carried out,while the control group did not intervene.In the third stage using the first two stages of the questionnaire and procedures for the three groups of post-test subjects,and compared with the pre-test data,and comparative analysis of differences.The results showed that interpersonal distress was significantly associated with explicitaggression in junior high school students(r = 0.511 **);With explicit aggression as the dependent variable,the factors of interpersonal distress in junior high school students are used as independent variables,and the regression analysis is carried out.Talk to friends,foreign communication behavior,the way of getting along with people explicit aggression were significant predictors;Taking the change value of interpersonal disturbance as dependent variable before and after experimental intervention,the two factor ANOVA was used to analyze interpersonal distress rate and experimental group as independent variables.The main effect of high and low interpersonal distress group was significant(F=8.91**),and the main effect of experimental group was significant(F=5.18**).Taking the value of explicit aggression as dependent variable before and after experimental intervention,the two factor ANOVA was used to analyze interpersonal distress rate and experimental group as independent variables.The main effect of high and low interpersonal distress group was significant(F=4.01*),and the main effect of experimental group was significant(F=3.591*).The research shows that there is a significant positive correlation between junior middle school students' interpersonal distress and explicit aggressiveness.The targeted group counseling activities can reduce the interpersonal distress among junior high school students.Interpersonal distress can effectively reduce the explicit aggression of junior high school students.
