The Correlation Study On Self-forgiveness And Anxiety Of Graduate Students

The study on forgiveness is long-standing,but the study of self-forgiveness is less.It has been proved that it has high theoretical and practical value.There is an important role in improving the level of mental health and happiness of the people to enhance the sense of.As a highly educated,high self-esteem group,the pressures are from school,employment,marriage,social expectation etc.The mental health status and increasing social attention.Studies have shown that,the anxiety level of graduate students is significantly higher than the national norm and national norm.In order to verify the relationship between self-forgiveness and anxiety,to understand the influence of anxiety and self-forgiveness,the study by HFS sub self-forgiveness questionnaire and self rating Anxiety Scale to show self-forgiveness level and anxiety status and characteristics of survey of N University students to explore the relationship between anxiety and self-forgiveness among graduate students.And through the interview research on the high level of the individual self-forgiveness,get the influence of graduate students self-forgiveness.For the development of graduate students self-forgiveness intervention training to provide reference.The results are as follows:(1)Investigation of 427 graduate students displayed,study on the overall high level of self-forgiveness.The overall level of graduate students self-forgiveness in the only-child,there were significant differences in professional.In gender,marital status,students,family economic status,there was no significant difference in Grade 5variables.(2)The doctoral degree of self-forgiveness was significantly higher than that of master's.For different types of graduate level of self-forgiveness in the differences of demographic variables analysis and comparison,type and gender,type and marital status,type and professional,and students at the level of self-forgiveness interactions were not significant,and type and family economic conditions,types and whether the only-child interaction at the self-forgiveness level was significantly.Further analysis found that female bloggers were more forgiving than men;Dr Science's self-forgiveness is significantly higher than the liberal arts and Dr Engineering;The master's self-forgiveness level from the town of town is above the countryside;Dr Family economic difficult self forgiveness level higher than the family economy Dr Wealthier,family economic difficult and general doctor self-forgiveness level higher than master;The unforgivingwoman's self-forgiveness level is above the same master's and the only doctor who is the only child.(3)427 graduate students self rating Anxiety Scale score standard score was43.68 ± 8.96.The overall detection rate of anxiety was 19.9%,the postgraduate anxiety detection rate was 19.5%,and Doctoral student anxiety detection rate was20.5%.Study on students' anxiety level was significantly higher than that of the national norm,significant at the 0.001 level.Among them,specialty,family economic status,grade,the satisfaction of the mentoring relationship,the Graduate School of evaluation,research on evaluation requirements has become an important factor affecting the graduate level of anxiety.(4)The graduate level of anxiety and self forgiveness overall significant negative correlation.The level of negative self-forgiveness can calculate the anxiety level,and the the level of anxiety can calculate the level of self-forgiveness.(5)To high level of self-forgiveness of graduate student of qualitative interview study found that when dealing with the offences,graduate student the main use of cognitive strategies,to a more rational view events,of events and to reflect on ourselves,take timely reconciliation strategy to realize self-forgiveness.At the same time,social support becomes an important supporting role in individual self-forgiveness.The results of the study concluded:(1)Graduate student anxiety level and self-forgiveness,overall negative correlation is more difficult to achieve high anxiety individual self forgiveness,and high levels of self-forgiveness were have lower anxiety.(2)Cognitive strategy,behavioral strategy,reflection,and social support are important factors in the development of high levels of self-forgiveness.
