The Simple Chronicle Of Dao Qian

Monk DaoQian,his style name CanLiao and literary name Can Liao Zi.He was the very well-known poem in the Northern Song Dynasty.He was in close contact with a lot of writers,such as SuShi,SuZhe,QinGuan,ZhangLei,HanJu and so on.His poetical work were in a elegant and pure style,that showed the style and features of the monk's poetical works,and also,show the characteristics of the literati Poetry.It can be said that he is a peak of the poetry monk in the Song Dynasty.For studying him,it can help us to fully understand DaoQian and his poem,can help us to understand poems' responsory between poet groups,the social customs,the political environment in the Northern Song Dynasty.At present,there are many gaps in the study of DaoQian's life.In particular,it lacks of exhaustive,panoramic chronic as the basis of the study.The purpose of this paper is to fill the gaps in academic world.In this thesis,with Twelve volumes of DaoQian's poems as the main line,meticulous combing its poems and other relevant information,and so on.I write this chronicle according to the order of year.The chronicle objectively represents DaoQian's life experiences,with purpose of laying a solid foundation for further study.And,this paper has carried on the correction to some literature materials related errors.
