Research On The Prevention To The Capital Chain Rupture Of Henan Cultural Enterprises

As the spiritual symbol of a nation,culture is becoming a symbol of national soft power and a symbol of personal identity.Cultural industry has become a new and important driving force of economic growth in China,and gradually become the focus of competition between China and other developed countries.But the risk of capital chain rupture has been plaguing the cultural enterprises,which has caused great obstacles to the normal production and operation of the cultural enterprises and its sustainable development.Now,the research on the culture enterprises capital chain rupture risk problem is not rich enough,and mainly focused on the use of financial indicators to establish the risk early warning model and cultural enterprises through the government and various financial institutions financing to expand the sources of funds of enterprises,less research on analysis of regional cultural enterprise capital chain rupture risk causes problems.So it is necessary to research the prevention of the risk of cultural enterprise capital chain rupture.This dissertation uses the method of literature review,case analysis and ratio analysis to write.This dissertation analyzes and studies the problem of preventing the risk of capital chain rupture in Henan cultural enterprises from two aspects of theoretical research and empirical analysis.Based on the characteristics of the capital chain of Henan cultural enterprises,this dissertation points out the causes of the risk of capital chain rupture from the cultural enterprise itself and the external environment:including the blind pursuit of the expansion of the scale of the enterprise,the failure of investment and operating funds,corporate financial management issues,macroeconomic environment and the impact of national policies and the financial system,etc..And then put forward some feasible suggestions for the cause of the risk of capital chain rupture:including rational planning of enterprise development strategy,improving scientific investments and reduce working capital,control the financial risk and capital structure,optimizing the enterprise to improve the enterprise's core competitiveness,to further improve the government policy and financial supervision and coordination mechanism,etc..At present,the research of enterprise capital chain risk and its strategies have made certain achievements,but the research about risk prevention culture enterprise capital chain rupture almost no,this dissertation has made a preliminary exploration.This dissertation combines the actual situation of Henan province culture enterprises and its characteristics of the capital chain,through the actual analysis of specific enterprises,reveals the causes of capital chain risk in Henan Province cultural enterprises are facing,and proposes some practical suggestions for the cause,provides a reference and recommendations of cultural industry formulate reasonable development strategy,scientific financial system arrangement and help government to develop cultural industry policy of Henan province.
