Researches on emergencies had based on the idea that people would fall into mass panic when facing the emergencies.The emergency sociology also took the idea that people were not the same when facing emergencies due to the poverty,race,health and so on.It's important to change the mass panic in vulnerable group and improve their ability to copy with the emergencies.Using behavior experiment to test social capital can influence group effectiveness including performance and identity in emergency.There are 2(high vs low social capital group)X(high vs low personal capital individual)designs in the experiment.When analysis data,I use video coding from ground theory with ATLAS.ti 5.0.The results show that the high social capital group in the experiment have more group process,transition process,action process and interpersonal process,and emergent stage.But low social capital group have less interpersonal behavior.Using the group dynamic analysis system,questionnaire and key performance index.It turned out that:(1)the interaction of social capital and personal resource impacted significantly the effectiveness.It proved that the person in high social capital provided with a situation where the person in low personal resource can use their social resources.(2)Only the best resources distribution made the best performances.The mediation of social capital through resources distribution to the effectiveness proved that the social capital impact on the effectiveness through the resources distribution.(3)Social capital had a significant effect on the formation and change of division which was a important factors on the effectiveness.It proved that the improving the social capital of group played a important role on the effectiveness.
