IntroductionNow Job burnout has researched in different subjects at many occupational fields,on the one hand burnout has happened in many fields,on the other hand the job burnout influences mental health,work performance,employee turnover organizational management etc.Performance emotional over-consumption,indifference on the people and things,reduced personal accomplishment,reduced working enthusiasm,with depression,anxiety and other negative emotions.In recent years,the study of job characteristics and burnout found that job demands is important antecedent variables of job burnout.That is affected by other variables between job demands and job burnout?What are the common elements which influence job burnout formation is?Whether these factors directly affect job burnout?Research topics above,which beneficial to understand the inherently causes of job burnout.We could alleviate the degree of job burnout or to avoid the occurrence of job burnout,improve the quality of the working environment,promote Promote the improvement of health standards etc by adjustment those factors.Studies have shown that prison police is job burnout susceptible population,with a high degree of professional burnout.In this study,the prison police for the study,include the job demand,psychological factors and organizational factors,research the job demands,sense of coherence,perceived organizational support influence on job burnout.Methods of the studyIn Heilongjiang Province,28 prisons were randomly selected 452 prison police conducted a questionnaire survey,the method is taking a pen and paper testing method,individuals and groups tests.Surveying combination of 427 questionnaires were recovered,after the screening,Meet the requirements of a total of 377 copies of the questionnaire,88.3%of the total.The questionnaire included the Job Content Questionnaire,perceived organizational support questionnaire,and sense of coherence questionnaire,MBI was revised in China.Using SPSS17.0?AMOS20.0 statistical analysis,reliability analysis of statistical methods,analysis of covariance,independent samples t-test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis,structural equation modeling and so on.The results and Conclusions of the study(1)The self Survey of Perceived Organizational Support,including the value of identity,concerned about the interests and support the work of the three dimensions of 22 questions,with good reliability,validity,and can be used to measure the prison police organizational support.(2)The prison police job demand and job burnout levels in the medium to high level,indicating that the prison demanding police work,burnout is more prevalent;perceived organizational support is consistent with the sense of coherence in the middle level,indicating that the perceived organization supports the prison police consistent with the sense of coherence in a low level.Job demand and job burnout on some demographic variables were significant differences.(3)The three factors of Job demand and job burnout significant correlation.perceived organizational support,sense of coherence and job burnout significant correlation.(4)The three factors of work demand requirements for burnout in different directions,which the work load and work complicates positively predicted burnout,skill demand can negatively predicted burnout.(5)Perceived organizational support can negatively predicted burnout.(6)Sense of Coherence can negatively predicted burnout.(7)Perceived organizational support can positively predict sense of coherence.(8)Work complicates factor can negatively predict sense of coherence.(9)Perceived organizational support has a regulatory role in between work complicates and burnout.(10)Work complicates all through the sense of coherence positively predictive burnout.(11)Perceived organizational support and sense of coherence all negatively predictive burnout,where perceived organizational support section through sense of coherence negatively predicted burnout.
