| As the last line of defense of justice,the court has always assumed the important responsibility of settling disputes.In this context,the work performance of the court officer is the core and foundation for the court to achieve judicial justice and play a stable judicial social function,while the sense of organizational support,organizational commitment,psychological capital and employee engagement are all related to the work performance of the officer,which is enlightening for how to improve the work performance of the court officers.At present,the studies on the relationship between sense of organizational support,organizational commitment,psychological capital and employee engagement of civil servants are still in their infancy,especially the empirical studies on court officer as subjects are still blank.Based on court work environment,aims to discuss the relationship between perceived organizational support and employee engagement,organizational commitment and psychological capital between perceived organizational support and employee engagement mechanism,build the relation model between the four factors,so as to enhance the level of the court officers employee engagement and improve the working performance provide effective advice.Using the questionnaire survey method and taking 582 court officers in China as the research objects,this paper discusses the theoretical model relationship and practical significance of the sense of organizational support,organizational commitment,psychological capital and employee engagement.The results show that:(1)Organizational support can significantly predict organizational commitment,psychological capital and engagement.Psychological capital and organizational commitment can significantly predict engagement;(2)Organizational commitment plays a partial intermediary role in the influence of perceived organizational support on employee engagement;(3)Psychological capital plays a partial intermediary role in the influence of organizational support on employee engagement;(4)In the multiple mediating model of the influence of organizational support on engagement,organizational commitment and psychological capital play a part of mediating role.This research enriches the theoretical results of the research on the court staff engagement and its related influencing factors,constructs a new relationship model between engagement,organizational support,organizational commitment and psychological capital order,which is conducive to the court’s personnel department to formulate more targeted improvement measures,and provides a practical and effective construction for the establishment of the judicial personnel classification management system in line with professional characteristics in China Discussion and institutional approaches,such as establishing a scientific evaluation and mitigation mechanism for the professional stress of the court police,improving the work design to create a good organizational environment to provide organizational support,improving the judge’s professional security system to promote organizational commitment,improving the court police vocational education security system,improving the psychological capital,improving the professional quality of the court police team,and focusing on improving the values of the court police So as to improve the court police’s engagement level,and then improve the enthusiasm of all kinds of personnel. |
