Since the society has become a study-focused society, individuals in society have to enhance themselves by constant study so as to adapt to the developments and changes of the society. University is the haven of study,seizing the golden opportunity in university to learn as much knowledge and skills as possible and making abundant preparations for entering the society are unavoidable missions for university students to accomplish. However, the learning situations of University students are quite worrisome in view of the fact that a increasing number of university students have lost their interests in learning, and start to ditch classes,even get addicted to online games and consequently drop out of the university. Many researches have confirmed that the loss of learning interests and negative learning attitudes are very common among Chinese university students. This phenomenon has drawn much attention from numerous scholars and educators, and they deem that the negative attitude and inappropriate behavior which also called Learning Burnout is a main hidden danger to university students' learning. It will damage the health of university students mentally and physically, and even hinder the development of the higher education of our nation as a consequence. Therefore, a thorough investigation needs to be conducted to explore the learning burnout phenomenon of university students.By randomly selecting 421 university students from 5 universities in Harbin, Hei Longjiang province as research subjects and using “ Learning Burnout Inventory" by YI Lianrong et al.,"Social Support Rating Scale" by XIAO Shuiyuan,"Positive psychological:,capital Questionnaire" by ZHANG Kuo et al. as research instruments,this study explores the overall situation of university students'learning burnout phenomenon and discusses the relationship between the social support , psychological capital, and learning burnout of university students. The final conclusions are as follows:1.The university students are in medium to high level of learning burnout. Scores on Inappropriate behavior are of the most prominence.2. The level of learning burnout has significant differences between different grades,psychological capital shows significant differences in genders, grades and majors, significant differences also exist in social support factor between different genders, grades, majors, and students' localities.3. Social support is negatively correlated to students' learning out level and so does psychological capital, whereas social support and psychological capital are of positive correlation.4. University students' social support and psychological capital have significant regression effects on learning burnout. Both of them have significant predictive effects on learning burnout.5. The psychological capital of university students plays an intermediary role in the relation between social support and learning burnout. In other words, social support can directly influence the learning burnout level of university students, and indirectly influence the learning burnout level by affecting psychological capital.
