Nowadays,with the increasingly fierce external competition,high school students are facing more study pressure,and there is a significant problem of academic burnout among high school students.This paper mainly summarizes and analyzes the relationship among social support,psychological capital and academic burnout among high school students.468 students from a high school in shihezi city were selected as subjects to conduct a questionnaire survey,and spss22.0 was used for data analysis.The main results are as follows:1.There was a significant difference in the degree of burnout among male students compared with female students.In grade,the degree of academic burnout of senior two and senior three students is higher than that of senior one students.In terms of parents' educational level,the students with high school education or below had higher degree of burnout than those with secondary school education,college education and above.2.There is an inverse relationship between social support and academic burnout among high school students.Positive psychological capital and academic burnout of high school students were negatively correlated.The social support and positive psychological capital of high school students were positively correlated.3.Social support and positive psychological capital of high school students have negative predictive effects on academic burnout.Social support and academic burnout of high school students have a direct impact on each other,and they can also have an indirect impact on students' burnout behaviors based on psychological capital.Positive psychological capital is an intermediary bridge between academic burnout and social support.
