With the continuous development of high vocational colleges, more and more researchers pay close attention to the problems related to the study of high vocational students. Most of the scholars in the study of psychological capital, learning motivation, academic burnout and other related issues are aimed at college students .In this study, high vocational students were as the objects, and "Psychological Capital Scale (PCQ)", "Learning Motivation Scale" and "Students' Learning Burnout Questionnaire"were used in two classes of the third grade, in Nanjing high vocational college, to study the relationship of psychological capital,learning motivation and academic burnout. At the same time, intervened on psychological capital through the form of mental health education curriculum. There were two questionnaires before and after the intervention. The results showed that: (1) before and after the intervention, psychological capital, learning motivation and academic burnout showed significant differences on demographic variables ; (2) before and after intervention,there was significant correlation relationship among learning motivation ,learning burnout and psychological capital; (3) before and after the intervention, the psychological capital did not exist the mediating effect between learning motivation and academic burnout; (4) the intervention of psychological capital was effective.
