| Yi is an important category of Chinese classical aesthetics,with distinctive national characteristics,which embodies Chinese ancient scholars’ taste and idealaesthetic,and expresses their feelings no matter in success or frustration.The author tries to explain Yi on the basis of the the origin,the evolution of historical development,the aesthetic connotation and the influence on the history of Chinese classical aesthetics.The article is divided into four parts:The first chapter mainly analyzes the origin of Yi.By reviewing the literature and explaining the changes of the meanings of the word "Yi",reveal the ambiguity Yi.Moreover,the Chinese nation has a Yi tradition,its production and development are closely linked with the social environment.Finally,Yi’s thought source adheres to Taoist thought and it is mixed with Confucianism and Buddhism.We can say that Yi is the results of the confluence of the three thoughts.The second chapter combs the historical development of Yi,and chooses the performance of the most characteristic of the times.Pre-Qin Dynasty appeared Yi Min.The scholars in the two Han Dynasty put forward that Yi showed up when the commoners were in frustration,and the seclusion thought is its cultural origin.In the period of Wei and Jin Dynasties,Yi entered into the character appreciation and literary criticism.During the Sui and Tang dynasties,there were outstanding performances in various fields.During the period of Song and Yuan Dynasties,the artists had a deep understanding of the connotation of Yi Ge and developed the theory of Yi,and Yi contributed to the spiritual quality of the literatis in the Song Dynasty.The rulers were respectful of seclusion and Yi,which were great helpful for the social stability and harmony.During the Ming and Qing Dynasties,Yi has a further development and the theory was developed,which was reflected in the transformation of literati painting theory and the way to appreciate the painting by Yi.From here we can grasp the context of development more clearly.The third chapter discusses the aesthetic connotation of Yi,which is also the focus of this article.First of all,discuss the aesthetic characteristics of Yi and its performance,such as Yi’s beauty of ethereal dilute,detached unruly,etc.Secondly,according to the various aesthetic forms,divide Yi into three categories : Piao Yi,Qing Yi,Gao Yi,and explain each performance.Finally,explore the related aesthetic category,and compare with other aesthetic areas,such as Qi,Yun,Qu and so on.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the influence of Yi on Chinese classical aesthetics,mainly in two aspects: on the one hand,Yi has a great role in the construction of aesthetic personality and the creative thinking on aesthetic creation.On the other hand,the study of Yi is conducive to the construction of classical aesthetic category system,and also provides some inspiration for our life. |
