Chinese language teaching is closely linked with the Chinese culture. On the one hand,language is the carrier of culture,its use is always inseparable from the cultural context. On the other hand, the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is always accompanied by the output of the culture, it is an effective way of spreading Chinese culture. Urban culture is an important part of Chinese culture, provide the context for students daily communicative,familiar with the city culture is the inevitable requirement of its skillfully use Chinese communication. In addition, at present, foreign students more concentrated in the large and medium-sized cities,city has become an important window, the understanding of Chinese culture in the process of spreading Chinese culture also plays a pivotal role.This article mainly starts with the city culture, to define the concept of the urban culture,and according to the requirements of teaching Chinese as a foreign language to the classification. Then, in Wuhan city culture, for example, to the analysis of the specific urban culture in different stages, different type of application. Finally, from the perspective of teaching materials and teaching, combined with Wuhan city culture to design teaching activities, teaching Suggestions are put forward. Specific for the full text is divided into three parts:The first part is the first chapter .It clarifies the research background and the research significance in the introduction, The second chapter expounds the present situation of cultural studies in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language from the two aspects of "the main cultural visual threshold" and "the regional cultural visual threshold",Finally the third chapter explained the research contents and research methods of the article.The second part is the main part of the article, mainly including the second chapter to the fourth chapter. The second chapter is introduced the necessity and feasibility of urban culture in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. First of all, it illustrates the necessity of teaching according to the city cultural characteristics and the need of teaching. Then, I classify the urban cultural resource according to the characteristics of the urban culture on the basis of predecessors' research. It is divided into seven categories namely "space conception" customs" "habits of everyday life" "celebrity introduction ”"education" "science and technology" " literature and art".The third chapter is elaborated the Wuhan urban culture at different stages of Chinese language teaching application from four aspects. Such as the characteristics of students, the application strategy,application way and application category .The fourth chapter embarks from the teaching practice, aiming at Boya Chinese junior started article 2 of the mountain scenery was beautiful This text to concrete teaching designThe third part is the conclusion part, the full text summarized the views, the article put forward the shortcomings.
