Study On The Dimension Of Public Servants' Wise Words And Exemplary Conduct

In our real life,lots of people's behavior can't be defined clearly with the instant moral and legal,which is implied,situational and smaller individual influences but has larger cumulative effect,we call it "Micro-behavior".Wise words and exemplary conduct refer to individuals or groups can praise and praise from others or society of words or actions.Wise words and exemplary conduct are the manifestation of micr-behavior.Civil servants is a relatively sensitive population,with public power is big,strong social public welfare,the people's high attention,especially can cause the attention of the public,the behavior represents the national image.The current our country is transforming from traditional society to modern society,public servants and performance is especially critical during this period.On the basis of previous studies,this research complied the civil servants' wise words and exemplary behavior questionnaire and discusses civil servants and non-civil servants on the wise words and exemplary behavior implicit tendencies.Design and implicit orientation of civil servants' wise words and exemplary conduct questionnaire research to expand and deepen civil servants' wise words and exemplary conduct research possible;providing scientific tools for measuring officer' wise words and exemplary conduct;provide the empirical basis for improving the public servants' wise words and exemplary conduct;to provide tools support for other related researches,also has a certain theoretical and practical significance.This study through literature review,open questionnaire,interview and expert consultation,such as the public officer' wise words and exemplary conduct six dimensions,on the basis of the initial questionnaire was compiled.Through the questionnaire for measuring,item analysis,exploratory and confirmatory analysis,finally compiled the formal questionnaire and to test reliability and validity of the formal questionnaire.At the same time,the experiment explored the implicit tendency of wise words and exemplary conduct of public officials by single Category Implicit Association.The research mainly includes two aspects:public servants wise words and exemplary conduct questionnaire compiled and wise words and exemplary conduct implicit association test.The above researches show that:(1)Public officer's wise words and exemplary conduct formal questionnaire composed of 28 entries,is divided into five dimensions,respectively is incorruptibly,consistency,and sincere respect and sincerity tribute,effective and affinities.(2)The wise words and exemplary conduct of civil servants has implicit tendency.(3)Public servants wise words and noble deeds of implicit and explicit separation..
