The foundation of national governance is at the grass-roots level,and the task of national governance is implemented through the grass-roots level.Grass roots civil servants are in the front line of national management and the largest team in the civil service system.The working attitude and behavior of grass-roots civil servants directly affect the construction of service-oriented government in our country.Grass roots civil servants are an important way for administrative organs to perform government functions.They have a wide range of work and a large amount of work,which is directly related to the people’s trust in the party and the government.Therefore,this paper analyzes the causes of job burnout of grass-roots civil servants from the perspective of psychological contract,and puts forward effective countermeasures to promote the development of grass-roots civil servants.This paper uses the methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics to study the relationship between them.281 questionnaires were distributed and 262 valid questionnaires were recovered.SPSS was used to analyze the sample data.The results verify the negative correlation between the three dimensions of psychological contract and the job burnout of grass-roots civil servants,and put forward countermeasures.
