| With China’s economy gradually enters a new stage of high-quality development,the spiritual and cultural needs and consumption patterns of the people have also changed.In the context of the continuous expansion of the market scale,the rapid development of the cultural tourism industry has boosted the transformation of the regional economic structure.The investment and construction of cultural tourism projects in China is a complex dynamic process with more risk points.However,most cultural tourism project development companies,as the main body of construction,can easily ignore project risk management and lack of scientific risk prevention mechanism,resulting in huge losses.This paper focuses on the Reader Impression project,the project undertaken by N company,starting from the problem of delaying the construction period of the project,and expounds the current situation of project risk management,and starting from the social environment,natural resources and financing background of the project.With the help of risk management theories and tools to identify and evaluate project risks,evaluates the risks,and puts forward risk countermeasures on this basis,so as to improve the risk management ability of the project construction subject.In the project risk identification stage,this paper will analyze the basic data of risk investigation by using brainstorming method,checklist method and Delphi method,At the same time,a risk identification team was formed to identify the actual risk factors of the project,such as approval,liabilities,financing,military assets replacement,operation management level,construction safety,construction quality,design changes,land acquisition,natural environment,etc.After identifying multiple risk factors,use analytic hierarchy process to conduct risk assessment and draw conclusions.Finally,based on the basic data,risk response measures are proposed to make the risk response measures at all stages of the project practical and effective,and to ensure that the Reader Impression project is successfully completed on schedule and officially put into operation. |
