Frustration situation is often understood as the objective situation failure and an action target is blocked.The objectivity of frustration situation not only means that it does not transfer with the transfer of individual's subjective will,but also shows the characteristics of inevitability and universality.School education is advocated by the frustration education is also due to this.Under the situation of frustration,the attack behavior is the most striking.At present,the university students in the face of setbacks after the vicious attacks are constantly staged.How to guide students to better deal with setbacks,setbacks in the context of improving students' coping ability,reduce the frustration situation under attack has become an important part of the current school frustration education and mental health education,pay attention to.That the social information processing model frustration aggression theory,frustration situation does not necessarily lead to aggression and behavior,will affect the individual aggressive interactions of individual cognitive factors and the frustration situation.The level of mindfulness as a cognitive state,high level of individuals with mindfulness can be clearly aware of their current mood,the concept,characteristics and can be done without judgement,no reaction,whether its interaction with the frustration situation would attack on frustration situation generated under a positive effect,there is no research discussions.Therefore,this study aims to investigate the level of mindfulness frustration situation under different bias will affect the individual's aggressive cognition,enrich the frustration aggression theory and put forward new ideas and methods for school mental health education and frustration education.This study uses five factors of mindfulness scale screening level mindfulness level participants each 23 people,a total of 46 people participated in the "different levels of mindfulness in experimental tasks without bias" aggressive cognition frustration situation,the task including a total of two experiments.In Experiment 1,the effects of different levels of mindfulness through aggressive Stroop paradigm was tested in different situations of attentional bias,results show that the frustration situation and the level of mindfulness significant interaction;frustration situation,high andlow levels of mindfulness subjects have the attention bias to attack,low levels of mindfulnesswere compared in mindfulness and high frustration situation more easily to stimulate aggressive attention bias.In experiment two,the recognition memory paradigm in the complement word task study of different subjects in different situations of the interpretive bias,results show that frustration situation and mindfulness level significant interaction,leading to frustration situation is tried to explain the situation to attack;low compared to high mindfulness more vulnerable to mindfulness effect of frustration situation make an attack of interpretation.
