In the wake of increasing international status of China, Chinese culture plays an important role in the world and it leads a mania of Mandarin study. In 2004, the first Confucius Institute was established in South Korea, Mandarin becomes a one of an important sectors of language study in South Korea. Both Chinese and Korean governments are attach importance to the Mandarin education in South Korea and both governments investing more budget and makes a new concept in education. Based on the background of blooming Mandarin study, a large number of Mandarin speaker entering the South Korea to be an instructor of Mandarin. This article is based on the foreign researcher's theory and the self-experience of being the instructor, takes Jeollanam-do as an example to do the research about the Cooperative Teaching Model that currently operate in South Korea. Wish it could help the Mandarin instructors in daily tuition and the future research.This article has five sectors:First sector is the introduction of the actuality of the Korean mandarin education,general situation of mandarin education. Analysis the actuality and the theory of the analysis study.Second sector is introducing the Cooperative Teaching Model (CTM) which include a history, identification, specialization, operation theory, and boundedness of CTM.Third sector is the introducing the analysis study which is based on the survey of Jeollanam-do district's mandarin tuition's actuality. That analysis study declares the difference between the CTM and Independence Educational Model and provides the feedback from the instructors and students. Using all the evidences to proof that CTM is necessary in Mandarin tuition.Fourth sector is based on the experience of the operating CTM in South Korea to analysis the advantages of the CTM and the possibility of using CTM in the global Mandarin tuition.Final sector is concluding the article and summarizing an advantages and disadvantages of the article.
