With the development of the "Belt and Road",China's rise in the world is obvious to all,and there are more and more countries learning Chinese.At present,more than 170 countries have opened Chinese-related majors.In this context,South Korea's Chinese education is booming,and the National Institute of International Education of South Korea signed the CPIK project with the National Chinese Office in 2012.Since then,more and more Chinese volunteer teachers have been sent to South Korea.The teaching model came into being.This article conducted a questionnaire survey of Chinese volunteer teachers and students in Gyeongsangbuk-do,South Korea,and combined with actual teaching experience,using literature research,questionnaire,practice,and data analysis methods to conduct collaborative teaching in Gyeongsangbuk-do,South Korea.Analysis,starting with the collaborative teaching process between Chinese and South Korean teachers,explained the division of labor between the three stages of cooperation between Chinese and South Korean teachers before,during and after the class,combined with the feedback from students and teachers,and analyzed and summarized the advantages and problems of the collaborative teaching model in Gyeongsangbuk-do,and suggestions for the problems found combined with the local actual situation in Gyeongsangbuk-do,with a view to making a contribution to the development of CPIK project collaborative teaching in Gyeongsangbuk-do Provide a reference for the teaching model of Chinese volunteer teachers who are going to take up posts in Gyeongsangbuk-do,South Korea.
