System reform and shunting,as one of the key steps in the SOE reform,is an important measure for many manufacturing-type enterprises to combine productivity and optimize resource allocation,It has brought the new development direction 、 the huge development space and the strong profit growth for the enterprises.But for the SOEs,system reform and shunting is a turning and challenge,and the problems of the personnel distribution and placement and their work and life states in the period of system reform and shunting have been gradually noticed by the researches in different fields.At present,the repositioned employees are considerable and extensive,and have won extensive attention from all sectors of society,the research on them on a psychological level,especially the research on their decision-making characteristics is weak.Employees are confronted with various risk decisions in the SOE reform,therefore,it is of value to research the risk decisions for the repositioned employees.One of the important factors which influence risk decisions is risk perception,and it is of importance significance to research the characteristics of the repositioned employees’ risk perception and its role in the risk decisions in the group.It not only supports the social risk evaluation theories of risk perception in theory,but also reflects the repositioned employees’ sensitivity to the surrounding environment and confusion about their future career development in the special period from the realistic point of view.Information is the important basis and clue,and information source credibility influences people’s cognition and judgment of information to a great degree,and further influences risk decision-making.Therefore,it is important for enterprises’ success in reform and development to research the role of information source credibility in the repositioned employees’ risk decision making.This research will take the method of questionnaire and experiment to discuss SOEs’ risk-decision and its’ influence factor.Research One investigate the characteristic of employees’ risk-decision.Part One of Research One investigates the sampled employees’ risk perception in the questionnaire about risk perception situations,analyzes the differences of employees’ risk perception in various dimensions,and especially the characteristics of and differences in risk perception between the two kinds of employees in terms of whether they experience the system reform and shunting or not.The result show that,the Risk-perception of employees in gender,age,and education has difference,especially in the different type.The risk-perception of SOEs’ higher than ordinary in degree,and have more threat-perceive in the direction.In Part Two,we use the Venture-capital experiment to research the characteristic of employees’ risk-decision in different type and the influence of risk-perception on risk-decision.The result show that SOEs’ risk-decision is more conservative than others,and the main effect on risk decision making is significant from the event of system reform and shunting and risk perception,so is the interaction effect.Research Two emphatically studies the characteristics and influencing factors of the repositioned employees’ risk decision making.We operate the information source credibility,and classify risk investment missions into authoritative and non-authoritative types,and the repositioned employees are invited to do experimental missions in order to research the influences on the repositioned employees’ risk decision making from risk perception and information source credibility.The research shows that information sources strongly guide risk decision making and the influences on risk decision making from risk perception influenced by information sources are weakened.These results not only enrich the theoretical basis of risk-decision,but also have great practical significance.These are not only of important significance to advance the SOE reform,but also help maintain therepositioned employees’ legitimate interests and safeguard their work and life quality. |
