If the language is a building,then the words are important construction material of the building.Without words,the language information can not be passed and the communication is also impossible.At the same time,the words carry the task of culture and they have close relationship with culture.The language learners not only to learn the words,but also the culture behind the words.We all know Chinese culture is colorful and deep,it has all kinds of words.In these words,the connotative culture-loaded words have deeper meaning,so we can not understand their real meaning through surface meaning,even if when we look these kind of words in the dictionary,maybe we can not get their culture meaning.What's more,in the process of the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,the connotative culture-loaded words are always ignored by teachers and the learners of Chinese have low level,these foreigners can not understand and use connotative culture-loaded words correctly.So these foreigners can not really to understand connotative culture-loaded words.In this part,it is important and necessary to study the connotative culture.This thesis is based on the view of scholars in cultural terms,then makes a scientific definition of the connotative culture-loaded words and a detailed analysis of its characteristics.Then we based on the New Practical Chinese Reader series textbooks as the research object and calculate the number of the connotative culture-loaded words in it.We have a detailed analysis of some typical cases of the connotative culture-loaded words,and through the form,structure formation,implied cultural meaning the three aspects,we also have specific classification and clear explanation.we combined the feature of the connotative culture-loaded words then come up with some helpful teaching principles and teaching methods;the study suggestions for learners can provide a reference for learning to use the connotative culture-loaded words.So that they can have successful cross-cultural communication,and truly to learn Chinese well.
