A Study On Two Contract Documents In Chagatai

Chagatai Contract Documents as a document of Uighur economic and social activity,record Uighur social life of this historical period.Chagatai Contract Documents are the most Important documents of Xinjiang historic culture,also can reflect Xinjiang Uighur folk life at that time.We have difficulties in exploring and making use of this documents,and the research results are not sufficient.It is necessary for arranging and researching the Chagatai Contract Documents to understand the specific situation of Xinjiang historical periods.And this task also can deepen the political,historical,cultural and economic research of Xinjiang region to a certain extent,and also can promote the national culture and strengthen the understanding between nations.This study based on the one of the Chagatai document,which preserve in Xinjiang University.I chose two largest Chagatai documents KB-205(ELA25)and KD-95(ELA25)to research,starting with Documents Interpretation,collecting the Contract Documents,editing and commentaries,etc.After the work completed,i analyzed their linguistic points of view.
