Yanqi Dialect Phonetic Research Based On The Experimental Analysis

Yanqi dialect belongs to mandarin dialect in South Xinjiang area.Its position in Xinjiang's dialect is very important.Traditional studies of Yanqi dialect has achieved fruitful results.But according to the existing data,there is no phonetic experiment research about Yanqi dialect.In the modern phonetics stage,the subject category of phonetics become very wide.Many new related discipline arises,experiment phonetics is one of the subjects.As a new language discipline,it provides a new research perspective for our research.This paper wants to cater to the development situation of phonetics and attempt to record and analyze Yanqi dialect by using experimental instruments and equipment.Our research was based on the traditional language research methods and introduce the content of the experimental analysis in the process of research.This paper mainly use the experimental method to analyze the acoustic characteristics of monosyllabic tone,vowels,plosive and affricate of Yanqi dialect.In the monosyllabic tone part,the movements of the fundamental frequency,tone sphere and the normalization of fundamental frequency were analyzed.The monosyllabic tone has 3 tones:level tone 24,falling-rising tone 51 and falling tone 44,which are consistent with previous findings.Vowel pattern figure was made to analyze the tongue position and distribution of vowel.Acoustic feature's stability of monophthong in diphthong was also analyzed in this part.Yanqi dialect has 33 vowels,it has some changes.The vowel ei changed into the monophthong e.The vowel an changed into the nasal twang ?.In plosive part,voice onset time was analyzed in word group and double word group and the gap was analyzed in double word group.The fundamental frequency of vowel is also analyzed in word group of plosive and plosive pattern figure was made to analyze the relative distribution of plosive.In the aspirated plosives' one-character word groups,the VOT of female voice is greater than male voice.In the unaspirated plosives' one-character word group,the VOT of male voice is greater than female voice.In the plosives' two-character group,the VOT of male voice is greater than female voice.In the plosives' two-character group,the GAP of the bilabial of unaspirated plosives is the greatest,the supradental of aspirated plosives is the smallest.The fundamental frequency of vowel sound period followed by the plosives is consistent with the fundamental frequency of tone.In affricate part,the duration of friction section and the fundamental frequency of vowel in word group were analyzed.Friction period of the retroflex affricate is all the smallest in the aspirated and unaspirated plosives.The fundamental frequency of vowel sound period followed by the affricate is consistent with the fundamental frequency of tone.
