| Cultural industry in China has entered a stage of rapid development.Under the background of cultural prosperity and development,Gansu Province,establishes the provincial cultural industry investment and F-Inancing platform,that is,the object of this study Gansu Province Cultural Industry Development Group Co.,Ltd.The grou p,relying on "the Belt and the road" initiative,and catching the Chinese civilization heritage and innovation area construction as an opportunity,promotes the developme nt and achieves signiF-Icant effects in F-Ive F-Ields,including the cultural F-Inance,cultural exhibition,cultural assets exchange,F-Ilm and television drama,cultural and creative incubation.Seeing the Group's F-Inancial indicators,the company's cash flo w is sufF-Icient,and the company is strong in solvency.However,failed to complete the equity transfer from other state-owned cultural enterprises to the group at the be ginning,it is weak in assets scale,investment capacity,asset-liability ratio,risk resi stance and so on.Therefore,the group is in low level of operating income and proF-I tability,and fails to effectively enlarge the state-owned capital,and to play leverage i n attracting external investment to participate in the construction of Gansu cultural in dustry projects.Based on the current situation of Gansu cultural industry developmen t group,this paper makes use of F-Inancial analysis,project evaluation and the sand wich investment theory.Through the investigation and analysis of the actual cases,t he investment suggestion plan is put forward to the decision makers to provide the n ecessary and valuable reference.At the same time,for the group's small-scale assets,poor investment and other issues,this paper puts forward selection of investment str ategy and implementation supports,which provides effective theoretical basis for the future development and investment decision of the group. |
