Innovation is the source of the continuous enrichment and development of class management.Some ofthe conventional methods of class management seem ineffective and have failed to adapt to the newgeneration of student groups that grew up under the new media.To this class management to keep pacewith the times,continue to study the new situation,according to the characteristics of the growth ofstudents continue to enhance the concept of class management and methods.Micro-film as a technical means,with a documentary way to record the process of student growth sothat students can be a reality in their own more aware of the use of a virtual way to create a good role tolead students towards a better future and forward.Micro-film can solidify the students to grow thefragments,so that students become the protagonist of the story,make full use of their own material to theirself-education.Micro-film as a comprehensive art,polymerization of a large number of resources,studentscan cultivate team spirit.Micro-film is also a way of information dissemination,with the help of networktransmission,students can also expand their own communication range,in the larger field and thesurrounding world have a link and interaction,so as to achieve a variety of resources within the classreasonable flow.Therefore,micro-film as the starting point for the class management to provide a newgrowth point.This paper relies on the relevant theory,in order to explore the new class management mode to explorethe new management of primary and secondary school management.Based on theoretical demands and realistic expectations,this paper focuses on the following five parts:The first part introduces the research background,research ideas,and related research results at homeand abroad.The second part analyzes the feasibility of micro-film intervention in class management.Introduce theconnotation and characteristics of micro-film,micro-film and class management connection feasibilityanalysis.The third part of the micro-film involved in the management of the way to build the class.This part ofthe class formation at the beginning of the class development stage,class disintegration stage is limited tomicro-film involved in the specific mode of management.From the initial passive appreciation,themedium-term active participation,the late self-development and other aspects of micro-film as an externalfactor is how to connect with the inherent model.The fourth part analyzes the influence and change of micro-film intervention in class management.Respectively,from the recent and long-term,students and teachers to analyze the two dimensions,analysisand lessons learned for future research to provide support.The fifth part of the micro-film involved in the management of the problems and thinking,to explorehow the current class management and effective docking and the implementation of various variables,andput forward the corresponding countermeasures.
