Alcohol is a kind of central nervous inhibitor, the use of alcohol may cause damage to individual's cognitive function, and also to planning ability,attention,decision-making ability and problem-solving ability.Inhibition of the central executive system ability, which perform the function of inhibition, emphasizing the ability for individuals to suppress their intentional and advantageous response,is mainly used to prevent the irrelevant information from being related to the current task or to the target situation during cognitive processing causing working memory loaded, and to ensure the stability and integrity of individual's cognitive processing.Attentional bias refers to the individual's high sensitivity to a certain type of clue in the environment, and their precedence to perceive this type of clue.Emotional priming means that the individual has an automated evaluation mechanism that can quickly scan the various clues in the surroundings without any necessarity for intentional processing. It could help people make positive or negative evaluations of the environmental clues,so as to prepare individuals for their subsequent response. This study contained two divided experiments, requiring a total of 126 subjects. Each experiment was divided into a mild drinking group and a severe drinking group, according to the AUDIT score.Experiment 1 included a classic Go/no-go letter experiment and an alcohol-related stimulus Go/no-go experiment.Experiment 2 included a classic Go/no-go letter experiment and an alcohol-related stimulus Go/no-go experiment under the different emotional priming conditions at the supraliminal and subliminal level. The results showed that:1.Study 1 showed that there was no significant difference between the college students from mild drinking group and severe drinking group in the completion of the letter response inhibition task. The main effect of alcohol related stimulus and unrelated stimulus was significant,so is the different group of college students.Reaction time between alcohol related stimulus and unrelated stimulus was significant. The interaction between different alcohol consumption group and different types of stimulus was significant, attentional bias was observed.2.The result of supraliminal level emotional priming experiment showed that both the main effect of alcohol consumption group and the interaction between different alcohol consumption group and different type of stimulus were not significant, while the main effect different types of emotion priming stimulus was significant during the letter Go/no-go experiment. When completing the alcohol related emotional priming Go/no-go experiment, both the main effect of different alcohol consumption group and the interaction between these variables were not significant. The main effect different types of Go response was not significant, either. But the main effect of different type of emotional priming stimulus was significant. It shows no attentional bias.3.The result of subliminal level emotional priming experiment showed that both the main effect of alcohol consumption group and the interaction between different alcohol consumption group and different type of stimulus were not significant, while the main effect different types of emotional priming stimulus was significant during the letter Go/no-go experiment. When completing the alcohol related emotional priming Go/no-go experiment, both the main effect of different alcohol consumption group and the main effect of different type of emotional priming stimulus were significant. The main effect different types of Go response was also significant.Theinteraction between different types of Go response and alcohol consumption wans significant. It showed attentional bias. The study reached the following conclusions:1.the different alcohol consumption group showed attention bias on alcohol related stimulus but no attentional bias on unrelated stimulus.Severe drinking college student group developed an automated processing towards alcohol related stimulus.2.Different type of emotional priming stimulus has an impact on inhibition of college drinkers.3.Different type of emotional priming stimulus has an impact on attentional bias towards alcohol related stimulus among college drinkers.
