The mental health of employees is not only related to the physical and mental health of workers and the healthy development of enterprises,but also to the harmonious and stable development of society.With the increasingly fierce market competition,the work of the staff pressure increases,job burnout become a common phenomenon in the work scene,it reduces the efficiency,but also detrimental to the physical and mental health of workers,therefore,in recent years,the problem of job burnout has become more concerned about the topic.Anxiety and depression as a common negative emotions have an important impact on the daily work and life of workers,and concerned about the subjective well-being of workers,to enhance the subjective well-being of workers is also the subject of research.This paper reviews the research of job burnout,anxiety,depression and subjective well-being,and summarizes the research status of the relationship between variables and puts forward the research hypothesis.In this study,885 workers in various industries in Yunnan Province were investigated by job burnout scale(MBI-GS),anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and overall well-being scale(GWB)The status of job burnout,anxiety,depression and subjective well-being were described,and the demographic differences of the research variables were analyzed.The relationship between the research variables was also discussed.On the basis of this,the path analysis of each variable was carried out to verify the mediating effect of anxiety and depression on the relationship between job burnout and subjective well-being.At the same time,this study further explored the mediating role of anxiety and depression in six dimensions of job burnout and subjective well-being.This study draws the following results:1.The level of job burnout of workers in Yunnan Province is lower,and the scores of emotional failure are higher than those of cynicism and accomplishment;Overall,the level of anxiety,depression is not high,but the detection rate of anxiety and depression nearly 30 %;The level of subjective well-being of employees is higher than that of national norm;2.There are significant differences in working years and job variables at the emotional exhaustion of job burnout.There are significant differences in marital status,working life,monthly income,job position variables at the cynicism of job burnout.There were significant differences in age,marital status,educational level,job and monthly income variables at the low accomplishment of job burnout.There are significant differences in age,marital status,educational level,job,and working age on anxiety.There are significant differences in age,marital status,educational level,job position,monthly income and working life variable on depression.There were significant differences in age,marital status and working years on subjective well-being.3.There was a significant positive correlation between job burnout and anxiety and depression.There was a significant positive correlation between anxiety and depression.There was a significant negative correlation between job burnout dimension,anxiety and depression and subjective well-being.4.Anxiety and depression play a mediating role in the relationship between job burnout and subjective well-being and subjective well-being.The main conclusions of this paper are:?? The job burnout of workers has a significant direct effect on subjective well-being,and their anxiety and depression play a significant mediating role in the effect of job burnout on subjective well-being.The emotional exhaustion dimension of job burnout has the greatest impact on subjective well-being through anxiety and depression,and cynical dimensions through anxiety and depression on the subjective well-being there is only a weak intermediary effect,the accomplishment has a significant mediating effect on anxiety and depression through subjective well-being.?? Job burnout has a significant predictive effect on anxiety and depression.Anxiety and depression have a significant predictive effect on subjective well-being.Anxiety has a significant predictive effect on depression.?? Job burnout of the dimensions,anxiety and depression on the subjective well-being of six dimensions of the focus of the interpretation of the strongest dimension,Followed by depressed or happy mood,control of emotions and behavior,tension and relaxation,satisfaction with life and interest,which is the weakest explanation for the fear of health;The direct impact of different dimensions of job burnout on subjective well-being is different,among them,there is a direct impact on the four dimensions of subjective well-being(fear of health,energy,depression will be happy mood and control of emotions and behavior),emotional failure has a direct impact on the three dimensions of subjective well-being(energy,satisfaction and interest in life and tension and relaxation),a sense of accomplishment has a direct impact on the two dimensions of subjective well-being(energy,depression orpleasure),the three dimensions of job burnout have a direct effect on the dimension of subjective well-being.Job burnout can contribute to the dimensions of subjective well-being through anxiety and depression.Emotional exhaustion,cynical,low sense of accomplishment can be indirectly affected by intermediary variables subjective well-being of various dimensions.Emotional exhaustion through anxiety and depression on the subjective well-being of the various dimensions of the indirect effect of the largest,followed by low sense of accomplishment,cynical minimum.
